I have an old enemy in my city. He is also our relative. I can't take revenge from him due to our family terms and the goodwill of my family will also go down if people will come to know about it. I feel depressed, upset, anxiety, dangerous thoughts that he might attack me Because many a times we see each other co incidents. Although we haven't fought physically yet but I have a fear what will happen wen one day will fight Nd this fear leads to depression and all the stuff I mentioned above pls help me out.
