Hi, My Wife age is 32 (about to 33) and she has migraine from last 4-5 years but from last 6 month it got very severe and from last few months it got worst. It has to get drip almost daily (3-4 days in a week) to get relief. We met doctor Reddy in MAX Saket, Dr. at GB Pant and currently Dr. (sits at Max Shalimar Bagh). She takes Rizack 10 mg when pain is around 40% but it does not effect. Kindly suggest the best ASAP. She is in very severe pain. Thank you.

Migraine is a disorder which is tagged to a specific personality. Type A personality people who are anxious, extremely punctual and often get stressed up very fast are the usual victims for migraine. Only medicine won't help to get rid of the problem. Patient needs to follow ideal healthy lifestyle and day night schedule as well there should be good efforts aimed at stress relief, either physical Shree or mental stress. Trust me migraine gets cured but only after you take away it's trigger factors. Regards Manish sabnis.
