I am 35 years old. Uric acid is 8.2. Multiple joints are paining severe. Is it possible to have severe pain due to slightly high uric acid level?

Your uric acid levels are not slightly high. They are Significantly higher than normal. Uric acid above 6.0 levels puts you in risk of getting frequent gout attacks. It could be also the cause of your joint pain. However full arthritis tests are recommended as many times a person may have more than one type of arthritis. Another cause of multiple joint pain is inflammatory arthritis.
