I have pigmentation around my mouth, little darkness under lips and chin, it is mild. I was first recommended mometasone furoate cream for 2 weeks but it did not work. Then another dermatologist recommended globex gm cream with clobetasol propionate (0.05%) miconazole nitrate 2.0% neomycin sulphate eq to neomycin0. 5%. IT has lightened skin tone but not removed pigmentation at all. I read its also not safe to use. What can I do? It has also given acne. Now i'm using kojivit gel regularly and acnestar gel twice or thrice a week. Are these safe?

Current medicines are safe. If you are overweight reduce your weight. From your explanation it looks like seborrheic melanosis. You wil need an anti fungal cream too. It takes minimum 3-4 months to appreciate results.
