Hi doctor I am student and I am overweight I am eating only chaptis all 3 meals and not eating any type of junk food and not taking high amount of calories and not taking milk tea and coffee and taking cumin water with lemon after every meal and taking half tea spoon of onion seeds (kolangi )before bed time and my working activities are doing 10 minutes cardio and 10 minutes jumping jacks and 50 sit ups every morning I WANT TO KNOW THAT THIS TYPE OF DIET WILL HELP TO LOSE WEIGHT WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE ??
