Hello may be this is due to weather effect or may be indiegtion. Hows your food habit now a days. Advice 1) take ginger water twice a day. Take 1 glass of water and add 1/2 spoon of ginger in it. Boil upto 1 cup remaining of liquid. Than filter it and drink twice a day. 2) do not eat out side food. Thank you.
