Dr. In the last few days my brother (14 years old) have seen yellow color in his urine. So we think it is the beginning of Jaundice. So we immediately test his blood. But it is not Jaundice. But his test we were seen a another problem. His S.ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE was very high about 494 IU/L. After seeing this Doctor was ask us to have any leg problem occurred him in past. But he is not any kind of leg problems in past. So doctor gave him to some tablets to eat for three days and then come back. So today we were test his blood again and now S.ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE is decreased about 441 IU/L. So Doctor we are so worried. Please tell me increasing of S.ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE is any serious issue. Or its a beginning of any decease.
