I have heel pain so much when I wake up. And after per sitting. Now both legs heel paining. What I do.

Hi there It can be because of plantar fascitis. Plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen, and irritated (inflamed). You can go for physiotherapy treatment for it. At home you can do certain things to get relief like contrast bath can be done for your heels. You can do stretching exercise of plantar fascia and use silicone heel pads or shoe insoles.
