Dear sir, madam My full body is slim but tummy fat is more, Whatever it eat it creating the tummy fat. Then my shoulders and hands becoming slim. But Tummy fat is more. So please give me the tips for become the hole body strong. Tummy is creating more problem when I was walking and standing.

Well balanced diet. High protein, complex carbs, low fat and high fiber diet. Keep your body hydrated. Also focus more on abdominal exercises along with other routine exercises.
