What should we use to cure normal disease like head ache, gas,acidity. Like someone told me if you have headache take eat apple or banana if you are facing gas aur acidity. Make food your medicine type .Suggest me some fruit that can cure specific types of normal problem. Please specify fruit aur vegetables name with its treatment.
