Walk or jogg regularly..only way is to burn ur calorie...sugar converted into calorie so if u can burn it then there will less chances of diabetes or u can maintain ur blood sugar level..avoid taking sugar,,candy,,ice cream,,cold-drinks..etc...consume less sugar is another best way

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. It is difficult understand what you are saying. If one wants to reduce sugar intake, then what stops him? Just do not eat it. Avoid sweets, sweetened aerated drinks, pastries, bakery items. Avoid taking products made from maida. Avoid using polished rice and refined flour. Thanks.
