Hi, Having low vitamin D, what can it cause and what can I do to complete it? According to the reports, it is 13.4 ng/ml which is supposed to be 30-100 ng/ml. Please suggest.

Hi lybrate-user, Low vitamin D intake is rampant esp. In India. Try to include more of dairy products like cheese, almonds, milk, green leafy veggies in the diet. Low intake disrupts Calcium absorption. This results in further complications.
