I am 31 year old male. My weight is 60 kg and height is 5 ft 11 inch. Since last 10 years my weight is still same. As per the height and age my weight is very less. You need antioxidant rich diet along with small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meals like stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water.
