I am 27 years old. I have tremors in my hands and head and I could notice it is increasing day by day. It started about an year ago. It happens when I meet new people or allowed to speak in public or while eating. It is making by daily life difficult and people have started noticing it. Intake of alcohol has also increases because of this because I feel little better having having it. I am not getting the reason behind this. Is it because of alcohol because I drink scotch 3 times a week. And now even more. Suggest me what should I do because I don't want to go into pills and all. Now I have decided to wait alcohol at all. Tell me hat is better for me. I am really worried.

This condition is called physiological tremors this can be due to anxiety and definitely alcohol and smoking will partly contribute. The specific senerio of urs can be considered as social anxiety and need psychotherapy (cbt) and a small dose of anti-anxiety drug with a beta blocker on sos basis. Pills are not poison and they actually help you a lot better then your alcohol and finally helps to improve quality of life so better introspect and take a psych consultion.
