Hi Alvin you should follow a high protein low carbohydrate high fiber diet .Eat lots of fruits and vegetables .Drink plenty of fluids. Eat whole grain foods like oats, quinoa,braggery, museli .Take toned (low fat) milk and milk products. U can consult me to make a customised diet plan regarding this.
