Sir when I go on flight I get omitting sensation. Even on bus and on any diesel cars. If I self drive my car I am not getting it. This problem to me since childhood. This is also there to my children also. But in flight they don't get. My age is 56 and I am a BP patient since 10 years and a diabetic since 5 years. I am taking telma 80 mg once and metformin 1000 mg twice and my weight is 110 kgs. Both BP and sugar normal. I want to go on flights regularly. Pl suggest some medicine. I will be very helpful to me.

Mr. S lybrate-user Rao, Thanks for the query. This is a kind of motion sickness. It is seen many individuals. If this occurs regularly then before taking a jorney one should use an antiemetic drug. That will invariably control it. High BP and /or diabetes per say do not affect. However, achieving good BP reduction and blood glucose control is also important. BP should be preferably 120 to 130 / 70 to 80 mm Hg & blood glucose should be Fasting<100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. Another important point with you is your excess weight. You will have to consider reducing it to maintain a good health. Thanks.
