Dear Dr. Mai 4 August se 9 month pregnancy ke start ho Jayege. Mera weight 59 tha abhi 66 kg ho gaya hai. Tummy bhi jyada nahi aaya hai. Kya yeh weight sahi Hai. Delivery date 9th September Boli hai Dr. ne. Hemoglobin 9.5 hai. Normal delivery hone ke kya chances hai? Kaise pehchane ki yeh labour pain ka Dard ho raha hai?

Total wt. Gain in pregnancy should be 11 kg. Hemoglobin is less, so take proper diet and supplements daily. During labour pain you will feel hardening of uterus at first occasionally, but later more frequently. You will hv some discharge. Watch for foetal movement. Consult Dr. immediately if movement is less or there is leaking or bleeding p/v.
