Mam, I have done sex with my gf with out safety on Dec 15 and men's cycle is 4th of every month I have done sex but I have not released any spread in to her vagina she didn't got period s till nw and we have done test with pregnancy strip we got negative please help me out.
When an expecting mother experiences uterine contractions and is getting ready to deliver the baby at 39 to 40 weeks, it is termed as a full-term labor. But due to several factors that can be caused by lifestyle or medical condition, the onset of labor might occur before 37 weeks of pregnancy which is termed as a preterm labor and could lead to an early birth which is not the best possible scenario for the baby. Signs of Preterm labor

No single specific dietary approach is best, but losing weight by cutting down on your daily calorie intake may help with polycystic ovary syndrome, especially if you're overweight or obese.
Physical activity: Regular exercise seems to be most effective in improving insulin resistance, which is of great significance in PCOS as this leads to many further complications. Regular physical activity helps to reduce androgen, improve insulin resistance. It also helps to regulate the menstrual cycle, induce ovulation, improve fertility, increase energy levels and improve self-esteem.
