Hi lybrate-user, Yes, stress can lead to panic or panic attacks. It can also create anxiety or lead to the onset of an anxiety attack. You May experience physiological/ physical changes as well. This can include numbness, tightness, dizziness, increased heart rate, nausea amongst other things. If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms or something similar, I would recommend that you speak with a counsellor or psychologist who can help you. You don't need to deal with your stress alone, there are people who can support and guide you and help you manage your stress. In the meantime, practise deep breathing to manage your stress.
