I am 20 years old and my weight is 55 kg sometime I went gym and gained weight but after quitting it came back to original weight.

because after stoping gym your physical exercise will b stoped. and the quantity of food is increase due to cleansing process.once go through the diet plan when you stop the gym. increase the protein intake., fruits. drink plenty water. and if you stop the gym then continue the yoga which control the weight.
