Can you please suggest me some ready to eat healthy snacks. Because I am a working woman and want to reduce my weight. I am 5.4 feet tall and my weight is 60 kgs. Can you tell me how much kgs I need to reduce to get fit and slim figure.

You need to loose 4-5 kgs according to your height. You can choose options like roasted chyana, roasted moong daal, roasted makhane, multigrain bread sandwich etc. Include good amount of fibre in your diet like fresh fruits and vegetables.
