Hi 20 year old boy with only 40 kg weight. I feels fatigue even in doing small work .suggest me some medicines or dietary supplements to gain muscles and weight. Had tuberculosis 3 years ago.

Hi You need to have a diet rich in proteins and carbohydrates in proportion regularly. Keep yourself hydrated and add fruits and salad in your diet too. Food items like cereals, green leafy vegetables, cheese, milk, eggs, fish, liver etc are quiet essential constituents rich in proteins and are energy giving food as well. Your weight seems too less for your height if it is as stated 5'6' Kindly maintain your diet and regimen first and you may also look for a gym trainer or dietician for increasing weight.
