I am 39 years old and my Total Bilirubin is 1.4, (Direct 0.4 & Indirect 1.0), as well as ALANINE TRANSAMINASE: 41 ASPARTATE TRANSAMINASE is 24 and ALKALINE PHOSPHATE IS 88. Are these normal findings? How do I reduce these levels?

S. Bil is raised. You can decrease it by taking rest and avoid ghee and oily food totally. Have fruits and juices meanwhile. No medicine required as it is very slightly raised. But repeat your tests after 4-5 days.
