I stay in Dubai and I am 25 Male. I have a normal skin type. I am getting affected by the temperature here. Which gets up to 48, And here there is high humidity, Please help me. I am getting black skin because of this, I normally do not walk a lot in sun, May be 7 minutes in a trip, And I have 6 such trips in a day at different intervals, Suggest me what spf sunscreen cream should I use? And how do I apply.

Due to sun exposure, the colour of your exposed body skin gets darker as compared to the covered areas.Certain dietary modifications also helps in reducing sun tan..You should consume carrots.eggs,mangoes,cheese,spinach,tomatoes,apricot,plums and peaches,tender coconut,buttermilk.The food rich in antioxidants will add a natural glow to your skin and the free radicals available in these fight against the harmful sun rays. You may also go for peels and skin polishing to reduce tan.You may use a sunscreen with spf 30 and apply it 20 minutes before leaving out .Sunscreen should be reapplied every 3-4 hours.
