My dad used to take losar 25 for BP now he takes adalactone 100 twice daily. Is adalactone as effective as losar 25 at reducing BP?

These two medications have a different mechanism of action but they both active on blood pressure so that they can be equally effective but that cannot be proved unless you keep a regular blood pressure record so I would advise you to check your blood pressure regularly and get back to your doctor if there is any variation also aldactone is a diuretic which can lead to electrolyte imbalances so you should check your kidney functions regularly as well.
