I am 22 years old boy. I want to make a good and attractive body With good muscles and abs So what DIET plan I have to follow And protien or other supplement should I take or not. Some people says that without protien shake or other product its not possible to make a good body. So give me some tips or suggestions Thank you.

Do regular exercise,do regular jogging,,skipping..consult with a gym trainer..take high protein in diet..take less oil,,take lots of fruits..take walnuts,,almonds,,dates,cashew...take spinach..take banana...take whey or soya protein..
