From past 2 days, I've been suffering from cold and cough. I'm having nose blockage and sometimes I feel little difficult in breathing clearly, and also I do not having any condition like running nose but I've been sneezing a lot and blowing my nose has been difficult because it's dry. Also, feeling a little chest pain and headache along with coughing, and while coughing I'm not getting any mucus out of my body and my throat also feels itchy. Please suggest any medication for quick and effective relief. Thank you.
