My husband has oligoasthenozoospermia he is 38 years old can I expect offspring from him he has faulty food habits he mostly eat potatoes no other vegetable so how to overcome this problem and is there any ray of hope for his betterment to have children.

Hello, Potatoes are, not bad for health in fact it has, many benefits. Give him balanced diet to eat with lots of water throighout the day. Ask him to quit smoking and alcohol completely. Exercise plays a very vital role in developing healthy sperms.
