Hello my weight is around 56 kg but I am not satisfied and I want to be a muscular body so please suggest me what can I do for making a muscular body.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To develop a muscular body you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich food & do regular exercise including weight lifting - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses, also peas, sprouts, seeds - do regular exercise, brisk walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, also do moderate weight lifting for 15-20 min 2-3 times a week, push ups, pull ups, also do yoga to build your muscles & to keep fit.
