Drinking milk at night or morning. Which is best for weight gain and muscle?

hi welcome - drinking milk should be given just after breakfast & evening after a light snacks. but I suggest those are doing work out or bodybuilding can take @ 150 ml per time three times one at morning after workout, evening , also one at bed time Lukewarm (except dinner rice prepation). there should be. choice of milk ( cow's or buffalo or doubt tonned or skimmed) also with quantity. it's always better to have small but frequently for better absorption, high amount of protein availability in body.
