Dear Dr. I am 25 years old I have yellowish teeth on back side for not having regular brush in early age. What should I do to have clean & white teeth ?

You need to go for cleaning and bleaching to get rid of stains. You have to brush up regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse your mouth after each meal. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction. Avoid alcohol tobacco products and smoking if you take these. You can also try this remedy at home . Mix salt and tooth powder and clean up with it daily.

Hi, you just need to get your teeth cleaned by your dentist and the yellow stains will be removed. To prevent reappearance of them, you need to brush on each and every surface of teeth. Regards.

You need scaling, visit your dentist & get it scaled & maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice rinsing after your meals & visiting dentist once every six months.

You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Hello thanks for the query as you said yellowish teeth because of not brushing. Which is because of accumulation of plaque and tartar on tooth surfaces. You need to visit your dentist and go for professional teeth cleaning (scaling) and ask your dentist for proper brushing technique.
Visit to dentist and get your teeth cleaned by doing scaling & polishing procrdure.
Visit dentist and get scaling done the back stain must be due to calculus or tartar formation with this your problem will be solved.
