Earache is the referred pain can be coz of tooth infection.
Maximum time posterior most tooth is involved. Other reason is jaw joint problem in which jaw muscle get tense and cause pain around the ear.
My advise is to consult a dentist for proper diagnosis. Other reasons can be
-wisdom tooth problem.
-deep cavity in last tooth.
Senquel -ad mouthwash and colgate pro relief toothpaste he has to use toothpaste and mouthwash is not the solution.

Hello Arihaanth,
It depends on the xray, the depth of the caries in your teeth.
If caries has effected only the enamel,and dentin then you can get your teeth restored.If it involves the pulp then RCT can be done.
If enough tooth structure is present then RCT can be done and tooth can be saved.
If root stumps are left then you may need them to be removed.

plz take a pain killer and then consult a dentist. pain killer is only going to give you temporary relief. dentist will find out the cause of the pain and help you to get rid of it.

You have to go for a professional advise. Gum surgery can help receded gums. We can't tell exactly without a physical check-up.

First of all, a mouthwash has to be used for a reason. And only be prescribed by your dentist. Its not a very good practice to just randomly buy a mouthwash and start using it.
And if a mouthwash is prescribed, it should be used because it reaches to those spaces in-between your teeth and gums where the toothpaste can reach.

there are so many causes of mouth ulcers like-
-Stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers.
-Certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer.
-Sometimes a sharp tooth surface also trigger mouth ulcers.
-Some cases of complex mouth ulcers are caused by an underlying health condition, such as an impaired immune system; nutritional problems, such as vitamin B-12, zinc, folic acid, or iron deficiency and heat in stomach. .
Usually ulcer heals by itself only within 1 week.
You can take 'Becosule capsule' once in a day for 1 week for faster recovery.
Temporarily you can apply mucopain gel over ulcer for relief..

U need to have local application gel in mouth and if its on your gums as well, you need tray to keep medicine in its contact. Along with this, you may require systemic (oral) drug as well. And as it is autoimmune condition, it may not heal fast / completely but you can have definite relief from burning or other problem.

Cold,Sneezing, sore throat, a stuffy nose, coughing -fever,bodyache,headache,occured in viral infection.
What can you do for your cold or cough symptoms? besides drinking plenty of fluids and getting plenty of rest, you may want to take medicines. There are lots of different cold and cough medicines, and they do different things.
Nasal decongestants - unclog a stuffy nose...i.e ................ nasal dop/spray.....nasivion
Cough suppressants - quiet a cough...................................... syp. Brozedax
Expectorants - loosen mucus so you can cough it up.............syp...zeet expectorant
Antihistamines - stop runny noses and sneezing.....................tab/syp....levocetirizine
Pain relievers - ease fever, headaches, and minor aches and pains.......tab..flucold plus .
Here are some other things to keep in mind about cold and cough medicines. Read labels, because many cold and cough medicines contain the same active ingredients. Taking too much of certain pain relievers can lead to serious injury. Do not give cough medicines to children under four, and don't give aspirin to children. Not helpful uses of antibiotics medicines.you should be also go for tests cbc,

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Pregnancy brings with it a whole lot of body system changes and oral health is no exception. Some simple careful planning, however, can help avoid a lot of oral health complications associated with pregnancy. The hormonal changes during pregnancy have a direct effect on the oral health and has higher incidence of decay, pregnancy gingivitis, and pregnancy tumors. Additionally, morning sickness affects the regular oral care, leading to more plaque and decay.
Before pregnancy: If you are planning to get pregnant, then a dental visit can help you get a thorough check-up ahead of the pregnancy. A routine cleaning and check for cavities should be sufficient to avoid any urgent treatment need during the period of pregnancy.
During pregnancy: If you were not able to do your pre-pregnancy dental visit, inform the dentists about pregnancy as early as possible. All elective procedures can be done after the delivery. Only really essential treatment that cannot wait until the delivery should be undertaken during pregnancy, most safe if done during the 4th to 6th months.
Listed below are some points to consider as far as oral/dental health is considered during pregnancy:
- Scaling and polishing can be done as usual
- Inform the dentist about all the medications that you are advised by your gynecologist
- Periodic check-up once in 3 months to reduce severity of gum disease and decay
- Good oral hygiene measures including brushing, flossing, and rinsing
- Try a bland toothpaste if morning sickness is very severe
- Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Tooth formation happens in the third month and requires diet rich in calcium and minerals
- Avoid sweet snacks which can lead to greater plaque formation
The hormone changes combined with oral infection (could be gum disease or tooth decay) can lead to severe effects on the developing baby. It is extremely important to avoid dental infections, as these may necessitate antibiotics, require x-rays and even require treatment like root canal and/or extraction, all of which are best avoided until after the baby is delivered. It is considered safe for dental procedures to be done during the 4th to 6th month. Though now there are safer measures to do x-rays and dental procedures, they are best avoided, unless in case of emergency. This emergency situation can be avoided by better planning and some minimal care. Severe gum disease could also lead to premature or low birth weight of the baby. So plaque buildup should be avoided which leads to both decay and gum disease.
After delivery: After the delivery of the baby, please visit your dentist to ensure that there is no emergent dental condition requiring attention. Resume your regular dental care after delivery.
