I am a diabetic patient. My present sugar level fasting 101 and pp 175. From last 10 years I have been suffering from ED and I was treated with local physician with sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil but I got no result moreover I became very weak and I have lost my libido. My present HB 12.5 and testosterone 4.2. Now I kindly request you to kindly suggest some medicine so that I may get relief from ED. Thanking you, Abdur Rahaman.

Both silfenafil and Tadafil are good medicines for the relief of the problem that you referring. However, if you have not been satisfied with the results from the usage of both these medicines then definitely you need further work up.
