Hello Lybrate user do regular morning walk at least half an hour a day yoga or meditation. Drink lots of water at least four and a half litre a day. Avoid stress and anxiety. Take proper sleep about 6 to 8 hours. Avoid alcohol and cigarette smoking. Avoid oily spicy and junk food. Take balance diet. Take lots of fruit and juices. Include fibrous root in your diet like reddish carrot cucumber spinach etc. God bless you.
