I am a male. For the past 3 months morning I have blood in urine. But urine culture and routine is normal. I have seen 3 times intermittently waking up morning white discharge with no smell and itching. But I fear of gonorrhea? If I had caught gonorrhoea urine culture could have got it or not? Today instead of blood in urine I have cloudy urine. From 3 weeks I have nasal congestion not relieving also sound in ear while swallowing. When I get up brushing time sneezing slight secretions coming. Other wise only nasal congestion. What is the reason for all?
