Hi, All fruits contains sugar, but the sugar content in mango and banana is absorbed very fast in body. Thus 2-3 slices of mango once or twice in a week can easily be taken. Preferably take in afternoon hours. Avoid taking it with a meal. Same goes with banana. 1 banana for mid morning meal twice a week can be added to the diet.
