For muscle gain eat high protein diet like eggs, chicken, paneer, soyabean, pulses, tofu, fish, sprouts etc. Eat 5-6 small and frequent meals in a day. You can add peanut butter, fruits and vegetable salads ,milk and milk products. Choose healthy oils like soyabean oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, olive oil instead of ghee or butter because of satuated fats, focus on high fiber diet and drink 3- 4 liters water in a day.
