If you want to reduce fast you need to avoid outside food, junk and oily. Start your day with luke warm water then have a cup green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds and 1 walnut. Then have a bowl of milk + musseli or wheat flakes or 2 boiled egg whites + a cup of milk, then in mid morning you can have a glass of butter milk or coconut water or a bowl of papaya or sprouts, then in lunch you can have 1-2 chapati +veg+salad and dal after 20-25 mins have a cup of green tea then in evening you can have a tea/coffee + murmura chaat or roasted chana (60 gm) then have light dinner 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + salad and a cup of green tea.
