Met with an accident and got hurt on my leg just below knee, took x ray and doctor said there is no fracture and advised pain killers but did not reduced so doctor advised crape bandage, even after 2 weeks pain has not come down. 1.How long will it take to get rid of pain. 2.Please suggest suitable medicine.

Since there ks nothing on x ray. It os more likely to be a ligament injury. Diagnosis properly can be made by clinical examination only. If the knee gets locked on an extension then you must visit an orthopedician. Crepe bandaging and hot fomentation is advisable and have bed rest. But exact diagnosis as to what is it can be made after examination only. If you are able to walk, it is most probably a minor ligament sprain. For which pain killer is used.
