Do not stress yourself, be patient and follow all the instructions carefully. Start up your day with with luke warm lemon water and go for a healthy brisk walk or yoga. After reaching back to home have a cup of green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds or 2 high fibre biscuits. Then in breakfast have milk + musseli, oats idly, vegetable poha, then in mid morning you can have a glass of butter milk or black chana chaat, in lunch have 2 chapati + boiled vegetable+ curd+ salad, then in evening have a cup of green tea + murmura chaat then in dinner have 2 bowl of vegetable soup + salad and a bowl of dal. Do not skip your meals, drink atleast 7-8 glass of water. Avoid junk, oily, spicy, refined cereals.
