Dear lybrate-user, You brother having Hep B, C and HIV is a rare and difficult case to manage. More so, such a patient can not be managed through internet. I need to see him, investigate him accordingly. 2) Hep. C is now curable, and excellent medicines are available at less than 1% of international cost. 3) Hep. B treatment should be covered in HIV treatment itself. 4) There is something wrong with HIV Viral Load Zero, can you send me the report. Please take a private consult and plan a trip to Mumbai, sooner is better. Good life in expert hands!
