Hello- Hi, my answer is just for male gender. As you know during masturbation a person experience stress a lot and his heart beat increases frequently and if it lasts more than 15 - 20 minutes without doubt it cause dark circles under eyes. To prevent dark circles follow these ways:-Try not to spend your time to reach repeatedly orgasms without jerking off semen because you will force your body to handle that whole stress for a long time. -Must do activity after masturbation is sleep (so always masturbate a night before your sleep).
