My age is 20 and my weight is 80 kgs height is 173 cms so my question is how can I increase my height. Can I do pull ups is it good for me to do it if my weight is 80 kgs. And can you pls tell me the exercises to increase my height.

Continue push - up. First start protein and calcium rich diet. Ex. Pulses, milk, eggs, chicken, fish. Take maximum green vegetables. Start yoga.
