I am 22 year old and am facing fatigue problem all day even after doing gyming and try leaving the gym but the problem remain stand still. Is it due ti deficiency of protein and vitamin. Please tell me what to do.

If you are a gym person then take food which are good source of protein like egg white, paneer, tofu, chicken, fish etc. Do not skip your meals have a healthy diet. Include all leafy vegetables ,pulses etc. Also include fruits in your diet. Team Nutrihealth.
