Sir/ mam, please tell me how can I reduce my tummy. It is getting increasing day by day. I am working in rotational shift. Tell me how can I reduce my fat also. Thanks.

For flat tummy you should stop eating oily and junk food. Try to do some physical activities like: stretching, yoga, deep breathing, brisk walking etc. Try to take low fat and low carbohydrate diet. Take 1 glass of Luke warm lemon water early in the morning, You can include fiber rich food in breakfast or double tonned milk with some fruits. Avoid using too much oil.
