Start taking Ashwgandha + Shatavari kulp ( mix in equal quantity) 5 gm , After 1 hour of breakfast and dinner . Better to take with Coconut milk ( made from 1/4 of whole Fresh Coconut flash ) or can also take with milk. Take 4 gm Trikatu churna , 1/2 hour prior meals and Trifla churna , 1/2 hour after meals. Don't Skip meals . take total of 5 meals ( 3 main meal+ 2 snack) per day.
