What is best remedy for maintaining feeling of well being and high self esteem. I want you to suggest the ways to overcome the problems, If one feels low in every morning and enthusiasm builds up in the evening only and at night the mood is good and plans for the next day but in the morning after waking up, no feelings of elation exist and every day is passed without any interesting activity and goal setting. Feel relaxed from evening to night. Also get distracted by seeing others achieving success and feel as if others around are effortlessly doing their daily activities and are enjoying all pleasures, earning and spending lavishly without any worries. Owned assets and comfort seem to be very little as compared to others. Please advise.
