If I take soya protein will it help me to increase my body mass and weight? I go to gym but my body is not developing. .i don't get time to eat my breakfast nd lunch properly because of work. Can anyone suggest me a good soya protein?

Soya bean or any protein is good for increasing the muscle mass .You have to eat eat breakfast which is the first meal of the day and helps you give energy for the day . Timely meals is needed
