Hi, I am 69 years of age. Gone through blood test and found that my VIT d is 27.55 (low) and vit B12 is 176.8.pls suggest a suitable medicine considering age.

Normal level of vit D is between between 20-50 ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates Vitamin D deficiency. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2.
