Am health conscious. Doing regular workouts. So started diets also in healthy manner. Already avoided tea coffee, sugar, substituted rice mostly with country millets, taking lot of veggies water and no ill habits at all. Now am planning to substitute a meal with fresh fruits and veg salads or with boiled egg and sprouts. In simple to say a meal without cooking or just boiled in water. My question is which is right time to do it either for breakfast or for dinner. Fruits, salads and sprouts suits for which meal? Thanks in advance doctors and dieticians.

Have plenty of healthy foods like fruits and sprouts in the ,morning. As these food items are not harmful in any way you can have it for dinner as well. You can avoid egg in the night time and have it in the morning,

For breakfast as in breakfast we need maximum calorie as it's a starter energy..sprouts can be taken at evening..in dinner hv chicken soup salad like this..
